Privacy Policy
OrgAssistant, operated by Accel Solutions Group (Israel). Last updated: 27 September 2026.
OrgAssistant is an internal WhatsApp assistant available only to employees of Accel Solutions Group whom an administrator has registered. This policy explains what data OrgAssistant handles, in particular data from an additional calendar that an employee chooses to connect.
1. Data we access
- Work account (Microsoft 365 of Accel): the employee's calendar, contacts, tasks and mailbox, read through Microsoft Graph inside Accel's own Microsoft 365 tenant, to answer the employee's requests.
- Connected additional calendar (Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 / Outlook.com), optional: read-only access to the employee's calendars. Google scope:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly. Microsoft scopes:Calendars.Read,offline_access,User.Read. We read event start and end times, titles and whether an event is marked free or busy, and the account's email address (to label the calendar for the employee). - WhatsApp: the employee's phone number and the messages they send to OrgAssistant.
2. How we use Google user data
Data from a connected Google Calendar is used only to provide features the employee sees and asked for:
- showing that day's events (time and title) when the employee asks for their agenda;
- warning about a busy time when the employee schedules a meeting (times only, no titles);
- including those events in the employee's own morning brief, end-of-day summary, weekly plan and 10-minute meeting reminders.
OrgAssistant never creates, modifies or deletes events in a connected calendar.
Limited Use. OrgAssistant's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, we do not use it to train or improve artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models, and humans do not read it except with the employee's explicit consent, for security purposes or to comply with law.
3. Storage and retention
- Events from a connected calendar are read when needed and are not stored, with one exception: to send a reminder 10 minutes before a meeting, the time and title of that day's events are kept in a list in Accel's Microsoft 365 (SharePoint) tenant until the end of that day, then removed.
- Technical run logs of the automation (Microsoft Power Automate, in Accel's tenant) keep the calendar steps hidden ("secure inputs/outputs") and are deleted automatically after 28 days.
- OAuth tokens for a connected calendar are held by our integration provider, Composio, Inc., which keeps them encrypted and uses them only to perform the read requests OrgAssistant makes on the employee's behalf.
4. Sharing
We do not share calendar data with anyone except the service providers that run OrgAssistant for Accel: Microsoft (Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Azure), Composio, Inc. (calendar connection), and Kapso / Meta (delivery of WhatsApp messages to the employee). Data from a connected calendar is sent only to the employee who connected it.
5. Your choices and deletion
- Send נתק יומן to OrgAssistant to disconnect a calendar. We revoke the access token at the provider and delete the connection. You can also revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- To ask for deletion of any other data, contact us below.
6. Security
Access is limited to registered employees identified by their WhatsApp number. Secrets are kept in access-restricted storage in Accel's tenant. Calendar access is read-only.
